First game for Slovakia U21

Only 18 years old Milan Lalkovič thicked his debut for Slovakia 21 on Tuesday night. Despite 1-3 loss in France Milan will keep this game forever in his mind. "It´s been fine game. To play against highly rated France is always very difficult. I think we had managed well since we were in eleven. After early red card and two quick goals in the beginning of second half we definitely came down," tells Milan about his first cap for U21. "Despite losing 1-3 I have to tell you that we are good company, teammates are great and if we keep on working hard, we can achieve success," added Chelsea winger, who remained on the pitch until 57th minute.

Match between France 21 and Slovakia 21 was broadcasted LIVE by some French channels, thats why Milan´s dad could not omit the opportunity to watch his son´s debut. "His effort and will were markable. What I enjoyed on Milan´s performance were silky runs towards the line as well as participation in defending," says Lalkovič senior.

Milan jr. is now back to England, where he is getting ready for FA Youth cup game against Barnsley FC. Match is held at Stamford Bridge on Friday.
